Subway’s 49th store opens in SM City Pampanga

THE LONGEST Subway restaurant opens in the longest mall in the Philippines. Guinness, anyone?

“This is part of Subway’s aggressive expansion in the Philippines. We are finally opening our 49th branch in SM City Pampanga recognized as the longest mall in the Philippines,” said Eric Foo, president of Asia Pacific Continent, at the sidelights of the opening rites on Aug. 2.

“It is a great opportunity for us to be working with good and right partners, SM Supermalls and our SM City Pampanga franchisee represented by Marie Fay September Ocampo,” he enthused.

As one of the largest quick-service restaurant brands, Subway serves freshly made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, salads and bowls – always to the delight of customers.

“When I walk to this restaurant it looks fantastic and enormous. Subway is a destination restaurant where you can eat and enjoy healthy and fresh food daily. It is very competitive that Subway is finding good healthy positioning across the Asian countries. In the Philippines we see absolutely big potential market,” shared Shane Bracken, managing director for Australia and New Zealand.

Jean Gagarino, territory manager for the Philippines, traced her Kapampangan roots – “that is why this branch is very close to my heart” – as she invites everyone to try Subway products.

Eat fresh, feel good! Subway is committed to delivering the best guest experience possible to the local community.
