It’s really not a surprise, perhaps, for Skin Access owner, a registered nurse, Brian Lee B. Calledo, to put up a business related to medical field. Lee traces his need for skin care when he was in College. His personal journey started with black skin and acne problem. He then discovered an effective skin treatment that really transformed his looks. Getting good feedback from friends, he was so fascinated by the process that he soon began puttering about sharing his secret to others.
“After College, I worked as a volunteer nurse to one of the government hospitals in Pampanga and also tried working in corporate world with big telecom company and popular fitness center. But I think there’s really a calling to share my skin care regimen to others,” he recalls.
Encouraged by his Dermatologist friend, Lee opened the first Skin Access Face and Body clinic in Dau, Mabalacat City last July 2016. Offering his tried and tested products include soap, toner and cream for different skin type – oily, acne, anti-aging and whitening and his most prevalent product – slimming program.
“I’m a loyal client of Skin Access for almost a year now. I wanted to loose weight and whiten my skin so I tried many clinics but failed. My sister recommended Skin Access and I’m so happy with the result. The slimming program is non-invasive and very effective. Also, the customer service is excellent. I recommend Skin Access to everyone,” shares Maridel Balero of Mountain View Angeles City during an ambush interview after getting her treatment in Skin Access clinic.

“To us, efficacy, safety and affordability of products and services are important but customer service is as important. We build relationship here. We do after-sales interaction. Income is just secondary,” says the rising star Lee Calledo.
With many returning clients and getting new ones plus a celebration of Skin Access first anniversary just around the corner, Lee’s journey has come a long way, but plainly, he is just getting started.
