MORE THAN BAGNET

With simple and homey ambiance, Nineteen Bale (house) Bagnet is no ordinary restaurant. It brings diners to exciting food adventure with a novel take on Ilocos famous Bagnet (a mouthwatering slab of deep fried pork with crackling blistered skin on top) and Pampanga specialty dishes. A fusion of the best in Northern and Central Luzon, Nineteen Bale Bagnet gives a local-feel-home experience serving mom-cooked meals with a twist.

When this family-owned restaurant opened last October 2016, Pociano Sicat (a Kapampangan contractor) and his four children (Jane Sicat-Soteco, Jen Sicat-Guttierez, Jayson and Jellie) converted their old home into a cozy restaurant with having a common goal to share their love for cooking and bring the family’s favorite Ilocos Bagnet to Pampanga. They believe that cooking isn’t just about putting food on the table. It’s about discovering new tastes and exploring recipes to rise to the challenge.

“Despite the very competitive food business in Pampanga, we decided to pursue the business as we would want to bring variety in Pampanga,” shares Jen S. Guttierez.

Whether you are with family or friends, dining solo or with co-workers, your hunger will thoroughly satiated as all servings are aimed to fill big appetites with great food at a very affordable price.

Nineteen Bale Bagnet is really a home of authentic Bagnet. Cooking it with different popular Kapampangan recipes like Kare-Kare Bagnet, Bagnet Spicy Gata, Bagnet Binagoongan and Bagnet Curry. The menu also offers chicken dishes, salad, noodle and one of the best-selling desserts Special Chocnut Turon.

“We are happy to receive many positive feedbacks and good reviews from our customers. We are leveraging word-of-mouth from people who have tried our food. Social media and blogs have also helped us introduce Bale Bagnet. We hope the business to become sustainable. As we offer very affordable meals, we envisioned to be serving more customers not only in Pampanga but also in other provinces,” Guttierrez further shares.

Today Nineteen Bale Bagnet continues to attract more customers. Giving a taste of the best Bagnet like never before.
