Pretty Smart

It’s not unusual for fashion boutiques to offer beauty products, or for beauty shops to carry a stack of clothes and bags. The two have always mixed perfectly, but Pampanga based young entrepreneurs and business partners Bea Pineda and Anne Flores took this winning combination to anew level with Vanity Connections.

In 2016, Vanity Connections opened first branch in Dau, Mabalacat City immediately created a fashion eureka selling unique clothing line and beauty products carrying popular brands here and abroad. But aside from fashion and beauty, it gives back a bigger benefit and inspiration to other women.

“It is a one-stop-shop. It’s like connecting different products to vanity. Everything you need to make you pretty is here from contemporary fashion, accessories, and beauty to weigh loss and whitening products you’ll find it here.  And we make sure we have the best product in the market. We are also a proud distributor of famous Thai and Japanese beauty products, Tres Shoes, Skin Magical and other sought after brands. But we do not stop there, we want to do more and do it differently. So we designed a special package not only for end-users but also for resellers.  Thus, creating business opportunity for women,” shares Pineda.

In a very competitive industry, the owners believe that growth is possible if you have the right business direction and attitude. During the grand opening of Vanity Connections San Fernando branch last January 28, Flores shared that she was delighted to unveil the fourth branch of Vanity Connections in San Fernando because it is the biggest branch, offering the same concept but with a new section for big size women and other must-have products. “We admire the taste and style of the  “Fernandino” market that’s why we want to tap them and serve them well, “ Flores further says. A simple yet meaningful celebration highlighted by a formal ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the hard working City of San Fernando councilor BJ Lagman, resellers, family and friends. Bea and Anne are so deeply rooted to grow the business, not only for the sake of the business, but also for the growing number of resellers now depending on Vanity Connections for their livelihood.
